School Band Survey
The P & C would like to know the level of parent and student interest in establishing a school band.
School bands require significant commitment of time and money for school families. This short parent survey (8 questions) will give the P & C an indication of whether or not establishing a band program is a viable option at Mayfield East Public School. Thank you to Donna Manning who volunteered her time to draft the survey.
