Social Skillstreaming Program
At Mayfield East Public School we value positive, respectful relationships where students feel comfortable in our wonderful school setting.
Each week we focus on a new social skill to learn. Each Monday the students participate in a detailed lesson about the skill. A shorter lesson is then conducted each morning of the week in class to embed the skill into our school culture.
A great way to reinforce this skill is to practise with your child at home.

Displaying great examples of these social skills at school is a wonderful way for your child to earn our "Be safe, Be Respectful and Be A Hard Worker" awards.
